Dan graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Exercise Science and brings more than 15 years of experience dedicated to the executive search and recruitment profession. In addition to owning his own recruitment practice, Dan was with Management Recruiters International where he helped his office receive corporate recognition for national and international achievements. Individual accomplishments include “Pacesetter” status awarded to the top elite 5% of all recruiters in the MRI system, Regional Top Ten and recognition as a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) for his tenure, success and knowledge of the search industry. Since 2007, Dan’s talent acquisition expertise has been focused on the power, energy and communications management industry. “My commitment to this profession is demonstrated by my thoroughness and diligence I bring to each search. Dan sits on the board for his local alumni association, the Tampa Bay IOWA Club, and participates in community service activities that support local organizations such as the Hope Children’s Home in Tampa, the Metropolitan Ministries and the Children’s Cancer Center.
