Description
Production Floor Manager, must have flexographic printing experience specifically label printing. Lean/5S experience a big plus. Looking for assistance and reorganizing production areas, maintain the neatness and order of the plant, continuous improvement of operations and quality, manage shop floor personnel. Monitor and improve efficiencies, support the operators when they are having production issues/trouble shoot, etc.. Build good morale, recruit, retain reward and terminate as needed. L&SP is working on aggressive growth plan, and we need a committed operations team member to help execute.
