The notion that you ‘build it, and they will come’ doesn’t apply in the dietary supplements or sports nutrition industry. Instead, in order to obtain new customers, you need successful Sales Professionals people getting the word out and making connections. Especially if you’re trying to break into a new market, such as Contract Manufacturers, Brand Owners, Direct Response Companies or MLMs. If they don’t know, they probably won’t trust you and trust is key to developing any business relationship. Having sales people who not only know what they’re doing but have existing relationships helps to build trust quicker and develop business relationships. Consider expanding your sales team with Sales Professionals who already have these relationships with decision makers and require little or no training at all.
